Proco Molded Expansion Joints Style 240/242:
Series 240 and Series 242 Non-Metallic Expansion Joints are an engineered molded style single and twin sphere designed bellows with floating metallic flanges for easy alignment during in-stallation. Excellent in absorbing pipe/movement, reduction system noise, vibrations isolation, compensating for alignment offsets, eliminating electrolysis, and protection against start-up surge forces. All Proco spherical 240 and 242 connectors are furnished with carbon steel flanges, tapped to ANSI 125/150 drilling. Stainless steel flanges and other drilling standards such as ANSI 250/300#, BS-10, DIN NP-10, and DIN NP-16 are available from stock. Proco Series 240/242 are available in elastomers such as Neoprene, Nitrile, Hypalon, EPDM, and Chlorobutyl. Engineered to operate up to 300 PSIG and 265 F. |
Thread Metal/Rubber Connectors Series 315:
The Proco Series 315 Rubber Connector is designed for supply/distributor pipeline service or to connect piping to specific equipment applications such as: Pumps, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Compressors, Blowers, Fans, and Absorption Machines. Proco Series 315 Con-nectors are made of materials of rubber and fabric formed and heat cured in a heated high compression mold. Standard Series 315 are supplied with threaded female unions made of galvanized ductile iron. Bronze, 304 and 316 Stainless materials are available on special request. Proco Series 315 are available in Chlorobutyl, EPDM, SBR, Hypalon, Neoprene, and Ni-trile. Neoprene should be used when handling abrasives. Engineered to operate up to 250 PSIG and 250 F. |
Concentric Reducer Series RC-221:
The Proco Series RC-221 Rubber Expansion Joints are designed to provide unequal diameter connections of piping and/or operating equipment. Excellent for absorption of pipe movement/stress, mechanical vibration, noise reduction, compensating for alignment offsets, eliminating electrolysis, and start-up/surge forces. Vibrations originating from mechanical equipment is absorbed by the Proco Series RC-221. When installed ahead and after the equipment to maximize vibration transmission reduction, piping sections ahead and after the equipment should be anchored, to isolated the equipment, allowing it to move freely on its vibration mounting. Proco Series RC-221 are available in Chlorobutyl, EPDM, Hypalon, Neoprene, and Nitrile. Neoprene. Natural/Gum and filled arch products should be used when handling abrasive slurries. should be used when handling abrasives. |

Braided Stainless Steel Expansion Joints:
Have an emergency and need an expansion joint? We can get you a braided stainless steel expansion joints in approximately 24 hours versus 2 weeks for a standard one. Braided stainless steel expansion joints are an effective, reliable solution for high temperature or high pressure applications, harsh chemicals, and water/saltwater exposure. These flexible connectors consist of bands of braided, corrugated stainless steel wrapped around a rubber or elastomer hose. Braided stainless expansion joints are ideal for joining pumps and other equipment. |
