1.2# Foam Swabs - ETHER:

Our Light-density 1.2# foam swabs are manufactured using an open cell polyurethane foam. These pigs are excellent for line swabbing, sizing, and dewatering. These 1.2# pigs provide more flexibility allowing them to make bend radiuses greater than other more denser foam pigs. Our in-stock 1.2# swabs are available bare or with one end coated with our custom blend of polyurethane. Our 1.2# swabs do have limited run life and are not good for high end hydrocarbon products.

1.2# Foam Swabs - PIG PLUGS:

We are proud manufacturers of a specialty Pig Plug. Our pig plugs are low pressure and designed to keep sand from inside the pipe during sand blasting. Our pig plugs also work great to protect new pipe construction and reduce future pigging cleaning operations prior to use.

1.5# Foam Swabs - ESTER:
|
Our 1.5# Foam Swabs are used for line swabbing and product clearing. These 1.5# swabs are excellent for swabbing in higher end hydrocarbon products requiring longer contact times.

2.0# Foam Swabs - CHARCOAL:
|
Our 2.0# Charcoal Foam Swabs are an excellent pig for line swabbing, sizing, and dewatering. Charcoal bodies are used when chemical contamination is a concern; however, are not a recommended for high end hydrocarbon products.

4.0# Charcoal Foam Swabs:
Our 4.0# Charcoal Foam Swabs represent an increase in density which increases wall pressure for the sliding seal; however, they tend to be brittle and tear easily. When saturated in liquids they tend to tear up under their own weight and are not recommended except in special circumstances.
