Neptune Agitators:

Neptune’s quality line of standard agitators are excellent for use with most Neptune chemical feed systems in tanks up to 150 gallons with the option of epoxy coating on the shaft and propeller.  Models available:  
  • Direct Drive Agitators: 
    • ​Model A-2 clamp mount - use with any tank except top mount models. 
    • Model A-2-T bracket mount - use with any top-mount models.
  • ​Economy Direct Drive Agitators: 
    • ​Model L-1-CL clamp mount - use up to 50 gallons tank except top mount models. 
    • Model L-1-E clamp mount - identical to Model L-1-CL except shaft and propeller are epoxy coated.  
    • Model AL-316 bracket mount - use with any top mounted tank. 
    • Model AL-E bracket mount - identical to Model ​AL-316 except shaft and propeller are epoxy coated.

55-gallon Drum Mixers:  

Neptune offers a complete line of Bung-Entering Mixers. Two styles for water-like solutions use a folding propeller, and two styles (Series H & HGS) for viscous fluids use permanent blades and are offered in higher horsepowers.  All Neptune Bung-Entering Mixers fit through the standard 2-in. Bung on 55-gallon drums.
  • Shaft and folding propeller are 316SS. Propeller folds for entry; opens to 3 3/4-in. diameter when operating. 
  • Motors are available in TEFC or explosion-proof enclosures (56C frame). Air motors also available.
  • Single-phase TEFC units supplied with 8 feet of cord and 3 prong plug.

Low Profile Tote Mixers:  

A great line of portable mixers for semi-bulk shipping containers.  These low profile Tote Mixers run at 350 rpm and have a 316SS propeller that fold to fit through a 2-inch opening; opens to a 9-inch operating diameter.

  • Series RGT which mounts to the tank or optional bracket.  
  • Series RAM which mounts to a 2-inch coupling or flange.

Heavy Duty Portable Mixers:  

Neptune's large tank mixers are powerful enough to mix the most difficult blends. Grease filled gearbox eliminates oil seal and the possibility of oil contamination of process.
  • No clutches to slip, wear or replace on the industrial mixers.
  • 316SS propellers and shafts are standard. Optional coatings such as rubber, PVC or Teflon® also available.
  • Square pitch 1.0 ratio marine propellers are used exclusively. Flow coefficients and power consumption characteristics equal those of the best hydrofoil impeller designs.Vibration-absorbing pad standard.
  • Motors are available in TEFC or explosion-proof enclosures 1750 rpm, 56C frame). Air motors also available.
  • Gears run in grease lubrication. Cannot leak oil.

Available in Series JD, Series JG, Series JGF, and Series JGR
