SERIES 500-V HIGH VISCOSITY DIAPHRAGM PUMPS: 

Neptune high viscosity diaphragm pumps, i.e., flat diaphragm "V-Pumps," are designed to accurately meter viscous fluids up to 5000 cP such as polymers and other thick liquids.

SERIES 500-T TUBULAR DIAPHRAGM PUMPS: 

Neptune Series 500 Tubular Diaphragm Pumps are engineered for viscous fluids up to 20,000 cP and for medium slurries up to 10% solids.  No-clog design. and straight-thru flow pattern eliminates pockets where slurries can settle.

• Easily handles high viscosity liquids.
• Double diaphragm is standard.
• Capacities to 80 gph (302 lph).
• Control options include electric or pneumatic stroke control and variable speed drives.
• Standard units with double ball suction and discharge valves. Single ball suction valve is optional.
• Variable Oil By-pass™ stroke adjustment mechanism provides better valve performance than variable linkage designs.
• Viton elastomer withstands most chemicals.
• Elastomer memory and tube shape reduce NPSH requirements, allow more viscous fluids to be pumped.
• Spring-loaded discharge (Models N3 and N7 only). External back pressure valve is not required.

SERIES 560 DIAPHRAGM PUMPS: 

560 Series Hydraulic Metering Pumps are designed for higher capacities and available in Neptune’s Simplex design or Duplex design. Neptune's Simplex design configuration includes a single micrometer dial with one liquid head. Neptune’s Duplex design are configured to include two micrometer dials with two liquid heads.

• Ten turn micrometer dial calibrated in 1% increments, with the ability to adjust capacity from 10% to 100%
• Variable Oil By-Pass™ Stroke Adjustment provides a better valve performance when compared to variable linkage designs
• Bright color contrasted dial protected from corrosion by clear PVC covering
• Stroke mechanism moves only when adjustment is made, eliminating wear
• Piston is powered through complete stroke length at all capacity adjustments, eliminating stress, wear and shock of lost motion designs

ULTRA-LOW CAPACITY HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS: 

Neptune Model 481-S and 501-S hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps are built to deliver very low flows, repeatable and accurate ranging down to quarts per day. Discharge pressures are higher than are possible with mechanical diaphragm pumps. Explosion-proof models are available for use in hazardous atmospheres.

• High discharge pressures, to 3000 psi (210 kg/cm2). Exceeds limits of most small pumps, ideal for high pressure systems.
• EZE-CLEAN™ valves -- Cartridges can be removed for cleaning without disturbing piping.
• Pneumatic and electric stroke-length control available -- automatic capacity control in response to standard 4-20 mA process signal (variable speed drives may not be used with Models 481 or 501 due to low stroking speed).
• Explosion-proof motors available -- suitable for use in hazardous atmospheres .
• Low flow-rates–quarts/day -- accurate, reliable chemical feed.

NEPTUNE PZiG Pumps: 

We are proud to offer the Neptue PZiG in Series 300, 500, 700, 1000, and 1300,  PZiG Models offer capacities typically requiring motor driven pumps. Special models easily handle viscosities of 1000 CPS (up to 4000 CPS at reduced volume). Powerful onboard controls allow proportional flow rate, pH and residual chlorine control by direct analog connection eliminating the PID Controller and Inverter (plus the control panel to house them), that are required by similar sized motor driven pumps.

• Manual stroke length adjustment 20% to 100%.
• Onboard calibration measures the actual discharge volume under the exact operating condition of the specific installation and chemical, then stores that value to insure the correct injection rate.
• Multi-pump proportional flow rate injection from a single direct flowmeter signal (pulse/analog).
• Two point level switch control
• Batch injection • Interval injection
• Proportional control with shift and proportional band function.
• Two line LCD screen displays injection rate and/or operational progress.
